Empty Art Collective 是由三位藝術家組成的國際團隊 — 江俊德（美國/台灣）、莫怡安（俄羅斯）、鄧肯・蒙特弗 (英國) — 專注於社會參與的大型裝置藝術實踐為主要項目。
作為一個藝術團體，Empty Art Collective 成員互相協助對方發展各自的創作脈絡，
同時經由反覆討論和研究合作項目。
無論團體創作或個人作品，都側重於城市的意義，
在當代藝術實踐的範疇下談場域特定性、自然環境與人類環境之間的關係，以及對記憶和城市心理地理學的審問。
Empty Art Collective is a group of international artists based in Taiwan – (Ray Kiang(TW), Anna Mo(RUS), Duncan Mountford (UK)) – focusing on socially engaged public art practice. Each of the members of the collective also pursue their own projects, and the creative dialogue between individual cultural perspectives and the group projects is an important part of the Collective’s practice. The underlying themes of the Collective’s projects are site and space, the relationship between the natural world and that of contemporary humanity, and interrogations of memory and the psychogeography of the city.
